Our approach is communicative, with an emphasis on fluency and the use of authentic, relevant materials. We work with students of all ages and backgrounds, always promoting autonomy and confidence throughout the learning journey.

Contract

• Hiring Type: Service provision by Microempreendedor Individual (MEI) or Company (Contractor)
• Location: Remote
• Workload: The contractor sets their own schedule

Your responsibilities

• Teach private and small group lessons
• Plan engaging and personalized classes based on each student’s goals
• Submit simple lesson reports to support pedagogical follow-up
• Participate in training sessions, meetings, and school projects
• Create a safe and welcoming learning environment focused on student progress

Required qualifications

• English proficiency (C1 level or higher)
• Proven experience teaching English as a second language (online or in person)
• Ability to create and adapt lessons to different learner profiles and needs
• Available to deliver a minimum of 25 hours per week
• Strong communication, organization, and commitment to scheduled lessons
• Proper setup for online teaching: computer, webcam, mic, stable internet, and a quiet workspace
• Active MEI (or willingness to open one)

Preferred qualifications

• Background in education or teaching certifications (e.g. CELTA, TESOL, English/Linguistics/Education degrees)
• Familiarity with digital teaching platforms and tools
• Interest in ongoing professional development
