Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide pedagogical support to students, ensuring their optimal academic progress, learning experience, and well-being, including handling cancellations, implementing effective teaching approaches, and developing and monitoring individualized study plans.
- Conduct classes and teachers matching, including the creation of new groups with matching attributes.
- Conduct recruitment activities, including candidate evaluation, interviews, and demo lessons.
- Perform post-recruitment activities, such as onboarding, teacher training, and lesson feedback, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with our methodology and - students' objectives.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate educational materials, ensuring alignment with Flyover's methodology.
- Stay updated on educational trends and best practices to enhance the quality of teaching and learning, even if it requires teaching some lessons yourself.
- Collaborate with other staff members and teachers to identify, implement, and test improvements in pedagogical processes.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students and teachers.
- Plan and execute educational events, initiatives, and community leadership.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the pedagogical aspects of the organization.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pedagogical strategies with overall organizational goals and platforms.
- Coordinate and execute various activities related to teaching and education.
Desired:
- Teaching experience.
- Student support experience.
- English Level: Fluent.
- Proficiency in other languages such as Spanish is a plus.
